Le Landreau

Located in the municipality of Le Landreau, approximately 30 minutes from Nantes, the project emerged after dividing the terrain of an existing house into three different parts: three plots of approximately 500m² each, along with the one containing the existing house.

The objective was to create an appealing design that encourages potential buyers. This involved crafting a harmonious interaction between the terrains and the existing house, ensuring they complement each other and provide a sense of privacy.
